Winter Wellness Tea can be made any time of the year. It is so quick and easy to make. I wish I remembered to drink it more often. So this week I made myself a few cups and wanted to share this recipe with you. 😊
All you do is add a drop of Lemon Vitality and a drop of Thieves Vitality to a cup of warm water. Spoon in a little raw honey to sweeten it up…AND enjoy! You can also add a drop of these oils with a carrier oil to a capsule and swallow the capsule with some water.
