Essential Oils for Weight Management

Essential Oils for Weight Management Goals!

Essential Oils for Weight Management

Well we are almost through the second month of the year and who is sticking to their health goals?  It can be hard, right?  I will be honest, I just had a week or so off, but today I am back at it.  I have found that getting my workout in, first thing in the morning, ensures it gets done.  The day just seems to run much smoother without this hanging over my head. 🏃✅ 💪

So here is a tip on how to incorporate your essential oils.  A lifestyle that includes a healthy diet and exercise, PLUS Grapefruit Vitality and Slique Essence can support weight management goals.  The Slique blend contains Grapefruit, Tangerine, Spearmint, Lemon, and Ocotea.  The Spearmint in this blend may help with digestion and the Ocotea with controlling hunger.  These oils taste really good added into beverages…just put 1-2 drops in your water (hot or cold) or even NingXia Red.  They can also be taken as a dietary supplement in a vegetable capsule.

There are many other products in the Slique Line that can help you manage your weight.  Sometimes its the small changes that make the biggest impact!!

February 2017 Essential Rewards Order

My February Essential Rewards order is like most months and includes FREE, NEW, and FAVORITE oils and products. ❤️ It is always so awesome to get so much free!  Here is what was in my Essential Rewards order this month…

FREE!

Wintergreen

A minty, uplifting oil to use after activity.  Oils like this I like to use before a workout too, to feel energized.  🏃🌿

Eucalyptus Radiata

Diffuse this oil to purify and cleanse.  A great oil to also compliment massage.

Lemongrass

This oil smells so good and can be added to your cleaning products, for use on dishes and in the laundry.  It’s scent can inspire clarity and relaxation when diffused.  🍋🌾

NEW!

Roman Chamomile

Super excited to get this oil for all its calming properties.  It is great for skin health too.  A wonderful oil for use with kiddos.

FAVORITES!

NingXia Red

A family favorite for whole-body support.  This sweet and tangy drink is packed with antioxidants and superfoods.  We love it!! ❤️

Longevity

My husband and I take these antioxidant softgels, that contain Thyme, Orange, and Frankincense.  Longevity protects DHA levels, a nutrient that supports brain function and cardiovascular health, promotes healthy cell regeneration, and supports liver and immune function.*

Bergamot

A citrusy oil we love for calming, relaxation, and confidence.

Thieves Waterless Hand Purifier

I am using this larger, 7.6 oz bottle to refill the smaller travel size bottles of hand purifier.
